2009 Week 2 NFL Ratings/Rankings and Summary

Week 2 of the NFL season had a number of great games and it resulted in some changes in the ratings.  The ratings are below but can always be found at http://sites.google.com/site/computerratings/nfl-football/nfl-ratings.

New Orleans built upon their big win from week 1 with another one in week 2 and moves to #1.  They are followed by 3 other 2-0 teams that all moved up with new New York teams in the top-4.  Still, there are only 2 games in the system so the ratings will still be a bit volatile for a week or 2 but some teams are starting to establish themselves.

The computer did ok picking games this week going 9-7 against the spread and 9-7 picking winners too.  That isn't that great but the Vegas line only went 7-9 picking winners.
