With only 1 game in the system for each team, it is still early, but the computer went 9-6-1 against the spread last week so perhaps it is dialed in early.
The computer is picking 2 upsets this week. The first is the Jets to beat New England where the line is New England by 4. This pick is due to the game being at the Meadowlands, it would be the other way in New England, so the plea for a 12th/13th man could be the difference.
The other upset is Baltimore over San Diego where the line is San Diego by 3.5. Now, the computer is picking Baltimore by only 0.4 so it isn't a terribly confident upset pick, but we'll see if the computers regard for Baltimore is well founded.
The Sunday night game should be a good one with Dallas favored by 3 over the Giants and the computer picking Dallas by 2.8. Early bragging rights in the NFC East are up for grabs.
