2009 Week 4 NFL Ratings/Rankings and Summary

Week 4 of the NFL season is complete and it resulted in some changes in the ratings.  The ratings are below but can always be found at http://sites.google.com/site/computerratings/nfl-football/nfl-ratings.

New Orleans extends the ratings lead further cementing their hold on #1 with over a 7 point advantage over new #2 Denver.  Denver confirmed what the computer thought about them by beating Dallas.  Indianapolis moves to #3.

Former #2 and #3 Baltimore and the Jets both fell after their losses, but the Jets remain in the top-5 as a loss to New Orleans doesn't look so bad right now.

The computer did ok picking games this week going 7-7 against the spread, but 4-3 on best picks and 3-0 on locks putting it at 11-6 on best picks and 4-0 on locks.  It also beat Vegas going 12-2 straight up versus Vegas going 11-3.
