Here is a preview of a few selected games for this week. Last weeks highlighted games
again went 3-2 against the spread. In any
case, here
are some of the interesting games of the weekend. Rankings listed are from my computer rankings.
Connecticut visits Notre Dame as a 6 point underdog but the computer nearly picks the upset having Notre Dame by only 0.8. Their losses have all been very close so even if they lose, there is a good chance it will be by less than the 6 point line.
Texas Tech hosts Oklahoma as a 7 point underdog but the computer has OU by only 1.7. It isn't every day that two 6-4 teams from the same conference play and the home team is a 7 point dog.
Arizona hosts Oregon in a game with Pac-10 implications and faces an uphill battle as a 6 point underdog. Unfortunately for them, the computer agrees but only as a 3.1 dog.
In another Pac-10 game with championship implications, Stanford hosts Cal but is a 7 point favorite, and the computer says that isn't enough picking them by 8.7.
And in the annual rivalry, Michigan hosts Ohio State as a 12.5 point underdog and the computer nearly agrees having the margin 12 points.
If you want more of the details behind the picks and which are the best picks and locks, take a look at and subscribe to my newsletter that is sent out weekly.
Enjoy the games.
