The semi-finalists were Florida, Southern, Caribbean, and Texas, the only real excitement was a five-way tie for 3rd with three of the teams tied on courts, and the sets lost tie-breaker being used to eliminate New England. Texas and Florida were expected to make the semis, and Southern was a dark horse and Caribbean always exceeds expectations so no real surprises here.
Florida won a close match in one semi 3-2, while Caribbean took out Southern 5-0. In the final, Caribbean won a close one 3-2 with one win going to a super tie-break.
