Having a Nationals in Mobile makes us have to do the requisite weather check, and while Mobile avoided weather a few weeks ago for 40 & Over 3.0, the forecast is a little iffy four days away from the event.
Here is the forecast for this weekend.
That 80% chance of rain/thunderstorms on Friday isn't encouraging, but it is better than the forecast the three days prior!
Let's hope the storm passes through quickly and clears out in time to get full matches played.
What will help a bit is no event has the full 17 sections attending so that reduces the number of matches to be played. Still, with 5 events, there are 71 teams that have to play 4 matches each which is 142 team matches, or 426 courts.
Here is hoping they get it all in!
