2026 USTA League Nationals begin in four weeks!

It is nearly the middle of September, and some sections are still playing Sectionals, but Nationals begin in less than four weeks now.

All of the Adult 18/40/55 and Mixed 18/40 Nationals will be played over four weeks at just three sites this year.  The National Campus in Orlando will be used four of the five weeks, Mobile Alabama will also be used four of the five weeks, and there will be events in Surprise Arizona all five of the weeks.

That is a pretty packed schedule covering fewer weeks than many Nationals in the past.  I will try to do previews for as many of the events as possible but am unlikely to do all of them.  Please leave a comment indicating the event(s) you are going to or would like to see previews for and I'll try to prioritize those.

Participants for some events are known, but with a few Sectionals still to be played, all are not known yet but will be over the next few weekends.  And actual schedules of who plays who should be published soon as well.

And for those wanting to know how Nationals works, this primer I wrote a few years ago largely still applies, so give it a read.

And if you are going to an event and would like assistance planning or scouting, contact me to find out how I can help!

  4. For the DQ process being run after nationals, what does that exactly mean? Do you know if it is run after all nationals are played or is it run after each weekend of nationals? I'm just wondering concerning players who will have multiple nationals.

    1. My understanding, and observation, is it is run after each weekend, exactly like it is for those Sections that run it after and not during Sectionals. So yes, if a player is going to Nationals on both an 18+ and 40+ team and gets DQ'd after the first event, they are then ineligible for the second one.
